This residence comprises of 3 stories with a double height entrance that has a feature wall along which is an indoor patio with stairs running next to it and a powder room underneath with planters on top. The main feature wall is made of stucco in beige tone and comprises of planters, a thin skylight is situated above it, from where the natural light and sun rays hit it just the right way, giving the house a very aesthetic look. The drawing room of the house is situated on the front and the lounge at the back which is connected to the open kitchen. The lounge on the first floor is fully lit with patio that has a palm tree. The house is west facing with the patio and alleys constructed to make the house well-lit and well-ventilated.
