About Us

Designing, Building, Inspiring!

Blue Arc was founded on the visionary concept of Chairman Chaudhary Maqsood Ahmad, later brought to life by CEO Yasar Maqsood. Despite an accomplished career in engineering, the CEO pursued his passion for enhancing luxury living by developing designer villas, residential communities, and commercial projects. With a commitment to artistic excellence, Blue Arc is the only development firm with dedicated wings for residential and commercial design, ensuring specialized expertise in every project.

Our teams possess a deep understanding of modern needs and customer aspirations, a quality reflected in our meticulously crafted projects. Blue Arc’s residential developments integrate elements such as lush greenery, natural lighting, spacious layouts, enhanced security, and seamless accessibility. Meanwhile, our commercial ventures feature expansive spaces, striking facades, and cost-effective yet high-quality construction. Our signature 3D elevations are designed for seamless on-site execution, ensuring architectural brilliance without compromising the floor area ratio. This approach maximizes revenue potential per square foot, offering substantial benefits to investors and property owners alike. As a premier development company, Blue Arc remains committed from conceptualization to completion, delivering results that exceed expectations with unparalleled service, design, and property solutions.

Additionally, we provide comprehensive real estate management and property consultancy services, encompassing bulk land transactions, residential and commercial plots, industrial zones, and housing projects. Our expertise extends to the purchase, sale, leasing, and appraisal of properties for both Pakistani citizens and international investors. Every transaction adheres strictly to legal frameworks and regulatory compliance, ensuring secure, transparent, and fair dealings for all stakeholders.
